  • General Program

    The General Program specialization prepares you to apply principles and theories, conduct research, and manage data in a variety of settings. It also provides pre-doctoral training and builds practitioner-oriented competencies.

  • Industrial/Organizational Psychology

    This degree will help prepare you for a number of roles within organizations and the military, including productivity issues, helping people through closures, supporting employees on international assignments, and dealing with counterproductive workplace behavior. You’ll also be prepared to apply basic psychology competencies, such as data analysis, employment, training, counseling, team building, and several other areas. This specialization provides pre-doctoral training and builds practitioner-oriented competencies.
