Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology

This two-year program of study leads to an associate of applied science general degree and is designed to provide education for various entry-level positions in the information systems field. Students are encouraged to work with their advisor to design a program in their area of interest. Areas of interest may be in programming, Microsoft networking or software applications. Graduates may qualify for positions such as computer programmers, programmer/operators, database administrators and networking or microcomputer specialists depending on their areas of interest.
Educational Goals for the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology
The program will:
