Master of Science in Human Resource Development

The Human Resource Development Program prepares students for HRD careers in higher education, industry, government, and other agencies. Course work is designed to enable students to complete their degrees while maintaining full-time employment or other responsibilities.
|
Students obtain practical, applied work experience by completing an occupational internship. This internship can be completed while maintaining current employment, but requires affiliation with industry or appropriate organizations. Students are required to complete this master program within seven years.
