The program combines a core curriculum with directed electives that can support your work background or allow you to develop specialized areas of expertise. Content of the human resource development major is based on the disciplines of education, psychology, and related technical education.

Course Delivery - Distance Learning Option
- All required courses in the human resource development major are offered via the Internet. You also have the option of completing the major via television, accessible at selected receive sites.
- General education requirements can be fulfilled by a combination of course work earned through the University's Distance Learning Program, the Indiana College Network, and your local college or university.
- On-campus visits are NOT required.
